The First Baptist Church Chancel Choir will be joined by the Covenant College Orchestra, Chamber Singers and Covenant Singers for “I Rest My Weary Soul In Thee,” a concert of music for the beginning of the Lenten journey, featuring movements of the Mozart Requiem and hymn settings by Wilberg, Hagenberg, Forrest, Fettke and Sterling. The concert is on Sunday, February 22, at 6 p.m. in the Sanctuary of First Baptist. The concert is free and everyone is welcome.
